We are now looking for an analytical and structured person who wants to take a coordinating responsibility for internal governance, control, monitoring, and reporting in a complex organization.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the group's work with internal governance and control as well as risk analyses. You will develop overarching risk assessments and internal control plans and follow up on the implementation of decided measures and controls – both for the parent company and the group as a whole.

You will be responsible for collecting and reporting in operational follow-ups to the City of Gothenburg and Stadshus AB regarding programs, plans, and assignments, and coordinate the group’s reporting according to CSRD/ESRS to Stadshus AB. By representing the group in the city's forums in the area, you gain access to a broad network within the City of Gothenburg.

You will be the system owner for Stratsys, the group's (and the City of Gothenburg's) system for operational management, and will be responsible for development and administration. The role also involves operational work in Stratsys where you coordinate operational planning and council plans.

You have a coordinating role for the group’s controller group and assist the quality manager with compilations, reports, and materials and presentations for, among others, group management and board meetings. The role also includes assisting the company's Business Controller with budget, forecasts, outcomes, and financial analyses. You will also coordinate the handling of the group's governing and supporting documents.

You will be part of the finance department at the parent company. The department consists of seven employees and is led by the CFO. The department is responsible for matters related to accounting, business control, property valuation/investment analysis, rental market, and IT.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant academic education or equivalent experience and several years of experience in similar roles. Experience from politically governed organizations is an advantage.

You are accustomed to working in governance and reporting systems. Experience or basic knowledge of CSRD/ESRS, sustainability reporting, and/or annual reports is advantageous.

You have a good ability to express yourself in both speech and writing, as a large part of your work involves writing, presenting, and summarizing.

To succeed in this role, you need to be analytical and have the ability to see the big picture and quickly identify the core of complex issues. You are curious by nature, see connections, and can draw well-founded and logical conclusions even when information is limited or complex.

You are a meticulous person who values details while managing several parallel processes effectively. You need to be structured and have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work, as tight deadlines are common in the tasks. You follow up and develop your working methods to achieve high quality and efficiency.

You will have many points of contact in your job, and many of the tasks you solve through collaboration and communication with others. You thrive in a role that combines collaboration with others with independent responsibility.
